Proper Exercise Instruction
Progress Tracking
Your trainer will regularly assess and track your progress. This involves monitoring changes in weight, body measurements, strength gains, and overall fitness improvements.
Nutritional Guidance
Provide nutritional advice and guidance to support your fitness goals. I have a qualification in Nutrition, which allows me to provide accurate insight into people’s eating.

Do you allow young adults/teenagers to undergo personal training sessions?
Yes, providing they have their parent/Legal guardian’s consent.
How much do you charge per hour for personal training?
The price range varies from $90-$120 P/H, depending on the type of session.
Are you equipped to provide personal training for people with disabilities or major injuries?
Yes absolutely, several of my clients are under NDIS. I have also worked with people with severe Injuries like hernias, arthritis and similar debilitating conditions.
Are you willing to work alongside a physiotherapist in rehabilitation?
Yes, I have worked with people like hairdressers that have RSI in their hands and wrists. Or clients that have experienced strokes and have a weaker LHS of their body.
Do you have both male and female personal trainers?
At the moment it is just male Personal Trainers. My name is David, and I am currently the only personal trainer at Blue Rock.
If I think my personal trainer isn’t the one for me, am I able to easily have a trial with another personal trainer?
As it is only me running Blue Rock Health & Fitness currently, I would like to facilitate this in the future once I put more Trainers on.
